No referral is needed. Anyone can book a discovery call and begin working with us directly.
Do you accept insurance?
We operate as a private wellness and coaching practice and do not bill insurance directly. Many clients use HSA/FSA funds.
How long are your programs?
Our programs have a minimum commitment of 6 months, with ongoing retainer support available depending on your goals.
Can I work with you remotely?
Absolutely. All of our services are delivered virtually, so we can work with clients across the country and internationally.
